1 - 12 oz. package Stouffer's Escalloped Apples
6 oz. cream cheese softened
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 6 oz graham cracker pie crust
1/3 cup carmel topping
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar and flour. Beat until smooth. Spread mixture over pie crust. Combine defrosted apples, carmel topping and cinnamon. Gently spoon over cream cheese mixture to keep two distinct layers. Bake 40-45 mintutes or until apples bubble up around edge of pie. Serve at room temperature. Promptly store leftover pie in ref.
