Share Gluten Free Veggie Pizza with 3 cheeses

 

Ingredients:

Blue Chip Group GF Pizza Dough Mix - prepared
1 tbsp olive oil
red onions - chopped or thinly sliced
red bell peppers - thin strips
1 tbsp dried oregano
3 cloves garlic - finely sliced
2 small zucchini, cut into thin strips
4 oz mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced (or sun dried tomatoes if desired)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

 

 

Directions:


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in saucepan. Over medium heat, sauté onion, bell pepper and oregano for 5 minutes.
Stir in zucchini, mushrooms & garlic. Sauté 5 more minutes.  Remove from heat and stir in salt & pepper.

Brush prepared crust with olive oil. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over crust. Top with tomatoes. Mound sautéed vegetables on top. Sprinkle parmesan & provolone cheeses. Bake 10-20 minutes or until cheeses melt and brown slightly.
