2 cups flour

1 c sugar

1 c mayonnaise

2 tsp soda

2 TBLS cocoa

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 c water

Mix flour, soda, and cocoa together and sift.  Mix sugar, mayonnaise, water and vanilla together and beat.  Stir the tow mixtures together and pour into tow greased cake tins.  Bake for 30-35 min at 350 degrees

Pudding Frosting

1 small pkg pistachio pudding (instant)

mix according to directions

Add 1 8 oz carton Cool Whip

spread on cake
