I don't normally like jello. At all. But I had this at a cafe in Little Tokyo LA and fell in love! It's a nice summer dessert. :D

I normally have mine with some whip cream and a bit of Half&Half. (I use one of two Mini-Moo's Half&Half containers. I'm pretty sure you can get a box of them from Sam's.)
